The Turtle Topâ ¢ Loose Ring also features Flex technology which is a development of the Tranz range. The Flex mouthpiece offers gently curving cannons to form a wide arch over the tongue. This wide arch is held in place by the Turtle Topâ ¢ meaning it is more securely centered on the tongue and less likely to be pulled through the mouth.
